What follows is my meditation journal. Some notes you should see before you go in: first, I did not date them, but 25 entries equals about 5 months; Second, you will find that these are only short notes because I'm not interested in sharing the most personal feelings with everyone; third, I despise the meditation as laid out in the DP, and my changes become evident about 8 weeks through.
Note: For persons who have been working through the DP and are looking for "examples", please note that this meditation journal would not pass the current requirements. Please do not base your work off this journal. It barely passed under the old requirements.
My daily devotional ritual. I tend to use this in place of a meditation.
