May 20, 2005 - Jokers in the Deck

I pulled the jokers out of a deck of cards. Now, I'm staring at one.

I can't articulate how much this particular card means to me right now.

I could talk about Huizinga, or Eris, or Tina, or myself, or Mal-2, or Rev. Stang, or Mazi, or sacred fools, or the Winnebago Trickster, or Eddie Izzard, or bad porn, or children, or the Children of Night. Or I could talk about none or all of these things.

But they wouldn't convey what I feel looking at this card.

Nothing is coming.
