May 17, 2005 - Who am I?

I've thought a lot about who I am and who people think I am.

"We are what we pretend to be, so we must be careful what we pretend to be."

Until last Friday, I knew who I was. I was a clean-cut (though sometimes scruffy), safe, untouchable guy in a strictly monogamous relationship. Women knew they could trust me. I would flirt, but never act. I would look, but never touch. I would hug, but not kiss.

So what am I now?
What am I now?
Who do I want to be?
What do you want me to be?
