I've thought a lot about our Clergy Training Program. The problem, of course, is that it's been stuck in revision hell for over a year.

Sati and I presented our revisions last year at Wellspring, and nothing has been done.

The people working on it are good people. They really are. I just really wish that they were also active people who led by taking charge and getting something done, then delegating the details.

A large number of ADF members want to be clergy. We need a program in place.

We're getting to approach 1000 members. How will we retain them when we can't keep our biggest promise: the most rigorous clergy training program in Neo-Paganism? We don't even have a training program.

Even an oak has born fruit at 20 years.
