Indo-European Studies 2 is designed to give the student a deeper understanding of how Indo-European cultures can be compared. By this level, we assume a level of competency in research methods, as well as the ability to do simple library research. Most of these questions cannot be answered by knowledge gained through reading a single book, but may require multiple articles to answer. Questions without citations will be returned for further work.

IE Studies 2 is a study particularly comparing cultures within artificial geographic locales. The course is divided into "Western Focus" and "Eastern Focus", particularly defining "Western" as west of Asia Minor and North of the Black Sea, and "Eastern" as Asia Minor and points east and south of the Black Sea. Contact the Preceptor if clarification is required.
