August 17, 2004 - Stories
I love to tell stories. Telling stories, whether they be real, fantasy, or something in between, is safe. "Safer than most things that lovers may do."
Somehow, our rites seem to lack that aspect of myself. I may need to start on creating the stories that our Grove lacks. I need to work harder at presenting the world in ritual through my voice, and my imagination.
As it stands, often the rites I lead are less than flashy. I was trying to think of a more polite way to write that, but there isn't one. That's about as truthful and nice as I can get.
Why is it that I can write a story, but I cannot always tell one?
